After graduating from Boston University, Chris spent time working on the floor of the commodities exchange and later as a licensed equities broker and analyst for Bear Stearns. He continues to apply these skills on behalf of his clients by studying current trends in the local real estate market and how these shifts affect buyers and sellers.
While it's important to understand how market conditions drive prices, Chris also has an intimate appreciation for the emotional complexities of home ownership. After living in San Francisco for 16 years, he purchased a home in Berkeley where he has been co-parenting his 2 teenagers for the past 14 years.
