Chris Bostock is a Northern California real estate professional with deep roots in Sonoma and Mendocino County.
Born in San Francisco and raised in Sebastopol, Chris brings a lifelong connection to the region and a strong understanding of its diverse communities.
He attended Santa Rosa Junior College before earning his degree from California State University, Chico. Chris began his career in medical device sales, where he built a reputation for professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and delivering results in complex, high-stakes environments.
Today, Chris lives in Ukiah with his wife, Sami, and their daughter, Charlotte, on a multi-generational family ranch where pears and grapes have been grown for decades. Being closely involved in the property has given Chris firsthand experience with agricultural land, rural infrastructure, and the long-term stewardship that comes with owning property in Northern California.
With a background rooted in both business and farming, Chris offers clients a rare combination of strategic insight and local expertise. He works with buyers and sellers across residential and investment properties, while also providing valuable perspective on rural, vineyard, and land opportunities when they arise.
Chris takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to real estate, focused on helping clients make confident, informed decisions—not just quick ones.
Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and spending time with his family and their animals—including two dogs, a cat, and goats.
