Charlee’s dedication and vast knowledge and experience can only assure that her clients are afforded superior service with their real estate transactions.
Charlee Schanzer has been an active Realtor® for almost a decade, specializing in sales in Healdsburg and its surrounding countryside. She has owned her home in Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley since 1989.
Charlee is originally from New Orleans where she practiced law and was involved in real estate investments. She moved to the Bay Area more than 25 years ago and worked in the wine industry as a wine educator and events coordinator. This experience has led to a unique knowledge of winery and vineyard property values.
Charlee served many years as President of the Dry Creek Valley Association, a 500-person nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the natural resources, rural character, and agricultural heritage of the Dry Creek Valley Watershed. She was also Chairman of the DCVA Planning and Zoning Committee resulting in her intricate understanding of Sonoma County building and zoning policies.
The Board of Supervisors of Sonoma County appointed her as one of the five members of the Dry Creek Valley Citizens’ Advisory Counsel where she served for four years. This is a quasi-governmental body that reviews all use permit applications, re-zoning petitions, and changes to the General Plan within the Dry Creek Valley Appellation prior to formal submission to the county.
Charlee’s dedication and vast knowledge and experience can only assure that her clients are afforded superior service with their real estate transactions.
