Carolyn knows all the elements that need to come together for a successful sale.
With over 25 years of San Francisco real estate sales experience, Carolyn knows all the elements that need to come together for a successful sale. Moreover, she takes the time to educate her clients so they know what to expect during the process.
Her hallmark is her great eye and judgment for what to do and what not to do to get a property ready to go on the market. She designs and executes a customized pre-sale fix up plan to maximize a home’s sale price, and she makes sure these projects are done on time and within budget, which translates to huge benefits for her seller clients.
Specializing in single family homes, condominiums, multi-unit residential and tenant-in-common properties, Carolyn has lived and worked in many different areas in the city and can advise her buyer clients on the specific nuances of various neighborhoods.
When it comes to making an offer in a competitive, multiple offer situation, her deep knowledge of neighborhood price trends and her excellent working relationships with other agents often significantly increases the likelihood of her clients’ offers being accepted.
Carolyn grew up in Western Massachusetts, and graduated from Amherst College. Prior to launching her real estate career in 1992, she worked as a geologist for the U.S. Geological Survey in California, Oregon, Nevada and Idaho. She has a few hair-raising rattlesnake stories but, thankfully, no bear stories.
