Candice is a motivated, dedicated and discerning real estate broker-associate representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs and multi-unit buildings in San Francisco.
Candice’s insight on real estate goes much deeper than conventional market knowledge. With her family in the San Francisco real estate business for over four decades, she has long been immersed in both brokerage and development. Growing up around development sites and after remodeling her own home, Candice can advise with experience on a property’s potential and strategize on improvements, to inspire a Buyer’s vision or to maximize a sale.
Candice practiced real estate law for fifteen years and has extensive experience advising property developer clients on the acquisition, development and sale of residential and commercial assets. She has unique in-depth knowledge of the sophisticated issues that can arise in real estate transactions. Her years working as a trusted legal advisor, honed her skills in communication, negotiation, and problem solving. Candice prides herself on being a proactive advisor and trusted resource for her clients no matter the complexity.
As a fourth generation San Franciscan, Candice has experienced the nuances of living in many of the City’s neighborhoods. She can tell you the shortcuts that Waze hasn’t yet discovered, where to get the best cup of coffee in each neighborhood and where to find the best homemade ravioli. Candice is an alumna of St. Ignatius College Preparatory. She earned her BS in Business from Tulane University, followed by a law degree from Santa Clara University. Candice currently resides in the Marina with her husband and their son.
