Cagan has been enamored with the balance of urban and natural beauty of San Francisco since he was a child growing up in Virginia, always seeking shows, movies, and art that were set in the Bay Area. He is passionate about architecture, creative problem solving, and building long-lasting relationships, leveraging his personal interests along with his professional skills in research, project development, and project management to guide his clients through each phase of the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
After receiving a bachelors of engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, he worked in project management for a large real estate developer in New York, assisting with the development of award-winning projects such as the mixed-use Hudson Yards, Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street luxury condominiums, and Riverwalk 8 affordable housing. Finally heeding the call to San Francisco, he moved to the city in 2021 to work in real estate consulting, managing renovations, capital improvements, and ground-up projects for commercial clients ranging in scope from small retail spaces to multi-floor tenant improvements to 200k sf manufacturing plants.
