Ann Hirni

She wanted to build a career centered around relationships, community, and connecting directly with the people around her. That ultimately led her to real estate. Ann works alongside an established agent at Vanguard Properties, where they collaborate closely and share a strong approach to serving their clients. Her formal background gave her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and hard work, all of which she now brings to her business in real estate. 

Originally from Three Rivers, a small town just outside Sequoia National Park, Ann moved to Sonoma County to attend Sonoma State University and never left. She now lives in Sebastopol, where the local businesses, familiar faces, and strong sense of community remind her of the small-town upbringing she loved. Whether it’s a dog walk at Dillon Beach, picking up groceries at Fircrest Market, or Los Cabos Tacos at Handline, it’s the simple routines and familiar places that have made Sebastopol feel like home. When she’s not working, Ann loves skiing, fly fishing, backpacking, traveling, and getting outside with her Yellow Lab, Rudy.
