Andrea’s own first home purchase in Richmond taught her a lot about what a good agent should never do, and ultimately fueled her passion for doing things differently. Her agent left her confused about timelines, disclosures, and even the documents she was signing. Then, on the day the sale closed, Andrea happily drove to her new home, only to discover that the sellers were still living there.

That experience has stayed with her. Andrea never wants her clients to feel confused about what is happening or what they are signing. Her job is to anticipate questions, explain the fine print, keep the process moving, and make sure her clients always know what comes next.

Andrea began her real estate career in 2013 in the intense San Francisco market, where she lived for 25 years. Today, she lives in Oakland and serves clients on both sides of the Bay Bridge, with a particular affinity for urban neighborhoods like Jack London Square.
