A Santa Rosa native, Alyssa left home for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she studied Business Marketing (Go Mustangs!). After graduation, she gave escrow work a try, but a desk-bound, paperwork-heavy job wasn't where her energy belonged. When an old friend mentioned a marketing opening back home, Alyssa jumped at the chance to put her degree and her local roots to work. For the next seven years, she built campaigns and told stories for a Santa Rosa financial company, sharpening the exact skills that now shape how she serves her clients: clear communication, strategic thinking, and a knack for anticipating what people actually need.
When that company was acquired, Alyssa saw an opening rather than an ending. She'd already been quietly investing in property on her own, and she realized what she loved wasn't marketing in the abstract — it was the search, the strategy, the people, and the moment a deal comes together. She made the leap into real estate, and after her very first transaction, she was hooked for good.
