Alex Epstein

Born and raised in San Francisco, Alex Epstein offers clients a unique advantage: true local knowledge paired with hands-on real estate experience. With a background in commercial development, he learned how to analyze value, manage construction, and navigate complex permitting—skills that now help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.

 

Before transitioning into residential real estate, Alex worked as a project manager for a San Francisco developer, where he oversaw construction sites, managed leasing that generated more than $240,000 in revenue, and supported the acquisition of several multimillion-dollar properties. He also helped run an event venue that produced over $200,000 in revenue through strategic marketing and operations. These experiences built his foundation in negotiation, property evaluation, and marketing.

 

Real estate has always been personal for Alex. Growing up in a family that owned and managed rentals, he learned early how real estate builds financial stability. In college, he took over management of those rentals, and in 2024, he purchased his first investment property—a cosmetic fixer that appraised $100,000 above the purchase price. After renovating and renting it, he began converting the garage into a one-bedroom ADU to maximize long-term value. This hands-on work gives him a practical perspective that he uses to guide clients through inspections, renovations, and construction-related decisions.

 

Alex is detail-oriented, educational, and committed to helping clients understand the market clearly. Outside of work, he enjoys Bay Area sports and watching movies with friends.
