She has personally purchased and sold property in every area of the county for more than 25 years.
Jan relocated from Westport, Connecticut, and has called Sonoma County her home since 1976.
Recognized as a high dollar/low volume commodity buyer at Hewlett Packard, Agilent, and Turin Networks, she has brought her tenacious personality, “moxie” and negotiating skills to the residential and commercial real estate arena. Her personal interest in the purchase and restoration of heritage homes, “fixers”, nontraditional housing, farmland preservation, and most recently, small parcel-raw land development has also enabled her to explore and develop a working knowledge of creative lending opportunities.
She has personally purchased and sold the property in every area of the county for more than 25 years developing her craft of understanding and being able to share with her clients the important and unique features of the individual towns.
Jan derives her client base from friends and associates in the Telecom and start-up environment in Sonoma County.
