She has a genuine interest in building and supporting the real estate community she calls home. In 1985, she began her real estate career in finance. By 1990, she was working as a Realtor® with Vanguard Properties. Having spent 30+ years in the industry, Debra has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in residential sales, portfolio analysis, and restructuring. She focuses on renovation and development properties as well as TIC conversions for her investment clientele. Clients trust her to provide an unparalleled level of service tailored to meet their individual needs. As a result, more than 95% of her business is generated from repeat clientele and referrals from clients & colleagues.
