Lori Sacco

Lori is the Managing Broker for Vanguard Properties in Sebastopol, leading a team of over 50 Real Estate professionals at Vanguard’s office located in The Barlow.
Compassionate and caring, Lori has a deep understanding of agent needs, and works closely with her team to partner with them as they navigate through the transaction process. She makes agent training and continuing education a priority. Her goal is to encourage agents to stay current with technological tools without forgetting the basics of service and sales. Lori is committed to helping her agents really listen to their clients and affect change in a positive way.
With a BA in Architecture from University of Washington, she’s been a dynamic force in Sonoma County's building and home design market for more than two decades. Lori earned her Brokers license in 2005, and was a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams in Santa Rosa and at Mason McDuffie in Sebastopol before founding Bauhaus Real Estate, an independent brokerage, in 2012. Bauhaus and its agents joined Vanguard Properties in 2013.
A resident of Sonoma County since 1994, Lori is active in her community. She was a member of the Community Advisory Board for the Sutter Women's Health Center in Santa Rosa, and was a founding parent of the Sebastopol Independent Charter School (a Waldorf curriculum). Lori served on the Charter school’s Site Advisory Committee that was formed to locate the 10-acre site currently being developed. Presently, Lori is on the Board of Directors for the North Bay Association of Realtors.
