She has been working with local families that are now in their third generation of property ownership. In 2009 Jane became licensed for commercial sales and leasing, which has expanded her portfolio and network of investors throughout the Bay Area. As a Broker Associate, she’s a trusted resource and an invaluable asset to her office.

Jane has an extensive understanding of the local market with established network connections in SBA lenders and private money. She is also very experienced in IRS 1031 Exchanges.
Personally, Jane has been involved in non-profit and volunteer efforts centered around advocating for youth and their families. In 2017 Jane and her daughter founded Santa Rosa’s Little Helpers following the Tubbs Fire as a resource for anonymous holiday gifts for children and their parents who were homeless from the wildfire. The foundation has now established relationships to also assist local Domestic Violence safe house residents as well as homeless women and children who use services at The Living Room of Santa Rosa.
