A Northern California native, Matt moved to San Francisco in 2006 where he quickly earned a respected and well established reputation in the San Francisco real estate market. Through dedication to his clientele, strong communication and innovative marketing ideas, Matt has seen a steady growth in business over the years, resulting in his becoming a top producer. By listening to the client’s needs and expectations he is able to tailor a plan to procure the best possible sales price for their home or negotiate the best price for their purchase. The majority of Matt’s new business comes from referrals from his existing clientele and professional network.
In 2014 Matt was chosen to manage a San Francisco office. His duties consisted of growing the office and individual agent production, through training and coaching, as well as recruiting talent to the team. Realizing his passion was not in management, Matt decided to go back to sales full time and joined Vanguard Properties in July 2016.
His choice to join Vanguard was based on their leadership and innovation as the largest independent brokerage in the Bay Area.
Matt represents Buyers and Sellers of San Francisco and Marin properties. An avid hiker, runner, and cyclist, Matt can often be seen exploring the vast array of parks, hills, and trails around San Francisco and Marin. Matt lives in Marin with his fiancee and two lively daughters.
