Eric launched his Real Estate sales career in 2001 with The Corcoran Group in New York and quickly built a loyal and steady clientele base. Having represented both buyers and sellers for five years, he was then promoted into management and was named Managing Director of the firm’s Brooklyn Heights office and earned recognition as a member of The Corcoran Group’s coveted President’s Council, honoring managing brokers around the country for success in operations, recruiting, and profitability. Then in 2008, Eric opened the Corcoran Group's Williamsburg office, and as Senior Managing Director oversaw more than 45 agents and catapulted the office to success.
Having grown up in Marin, Eric McFarland knew it was inevitable that he would return home. After a decade in New York City, he returned to the Bay Area in 2010, bringing with him a decade of residential real estate experience both in sales and management. Since his return, he has remained a Top Producing salesperson based out of the Vanguard Properties office in Mill Valley.
