With eight years in real estate, Dawn works with buyers and sellers throughout Sonoma County and beyond. Before becoming a Realtor, she served as the general manager of a software development firm, an experience that sharpened her ability to manage complicated projects, solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep a lot of moving pieces moving in the same direction. Those skills have translated surprisingly well to real estate, where even the smoothest transaction can occasionally decide to grow a few extra moving pieces overnight.

Dawn is known for digging into the details, asking the questions that matter, and staying closely involved from the first conversation through closing.
