Ken Knight is a Bay Area Realtor® with a primary focus in Sonoma County with seasoned experience in both urban residential and country properties.
After enjoying decades living in beautiful Sonoma County, Ken's appreciation for the area's terrain and its offerings, along with a career path involved in design, all provide a professional and knowledgeable approach when representing clients and negotiating transactions with area industry colleagues.

“Real estate transactions,” says Ken, “hold important and serious elements to measure at every step along the way, yet the path to closing can remain cordial and pleasant for parties involved with the highest amount of clarity, open communication, and education about the process. A professional realtor's job is to anticipate each step of the path ahead and keep that path as smooth as possible--all while representing the client's best interests and individual needs. Constant communication is key, as no one likes surprises, and seasoned knowledge and experience in this industry is an invaluable asset we provide to our clients.”

When guiding sellers in pricing, staging, and visually enhancing homes for current market conditions, Ken brings a personal reputation for excellence in design, marketing, and presentation. Known for his keen eye for editing, his clients enjoy the advantage of a clear, individualized design focus for each project.

Ken received his BBA degree from Baylor University in management and finance. He has broadened his education with additional studies in the fields of real estate finance and real estate law. He obtained his first real estate license at the age of 22 and in subsequent years developed a career in the merchandising profession, in executive roles for Williams-Sonoma, Bloomingdale's, and Neiman Marcus.

After working hours, Ken enjoys the visual arts and supports the work of area animal adoption and care non-profits.
