Finding retirement homes for baby boomers is Kathy’s passion but she also specializes in multi- and single family homes, country properties, and distressed homes. She focuses her business in Napa, Sonoma, Marin, Solano, and Shasta Counties.
About 80% of her business is from referrals and she believes that is the best compliment she can receive. "When a client refers me, especially to one of their family members, I know I did a great job for them," notes Kathy.
Clients as well as colleagues appreciate Kathy’s caring attitude and stellar work ethic. She listens, does extensive research, and consistently goes the extra mile to get her clients into the house they want. She also ensures her clients are not “house poor,” where they can’t afford to do anything but live in the house.
Kathy grew up in rural Santa Rosa and began working at age 11, picking prunes and cutting grapes. She was the third generation in her family to take in foster children, and this experience instilled in her deep compassion and a desire to help others. Prior to her real estate career, she owned a gas station and managed a golf course with a restaurant.
Married with two sons and three grandchildren, Kathy owns a home in Sonoma County and a log cabin on two acres near Mt. Lassen in Shasta County. She loves to travel, explore, fish, hike, and hang out with her husband, and Ronnie, her rescue dog.
