Meghan Lane was born and raised in Marin County. She has a deep appreciation for the geography that Marin & Sonoma County have to offer and an intimate knowledge of the local market. For Meghan there is no better place to live, work and play! She is a UC Davis graduate with a bachelors degree in Neurobiology. After college Meghan worked in finance & law and brings experience from both fields to help her clients navigate and negotiate the sale of their home. She enjoys finding ways to keep more of their money on their side of the table. Meghan always puts her clients needs first and will negotiate fearlessly for them. As a negotiator looking out for the best interest of her principal, Meghan has never, and will never, represent both parties in a transaction. Relishing the role of protecting her clients money and guiding them to a successful outcome, Meghan earned the award for top-producing new agent at Vanguard Properties and continues to grow her business through treasured word of mouth referrals. When not working, you can find Meghan at one of the hidden beaches along our coast, hiking the headlands with her canine, or exploring an “off the beaten track” town in our luscious northern California with her family. Meghan donates a portion of her time and money to animal and wildlife rescues, specifically the German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California and the Marine Mammal Center.
