Charles always had a knack for real estate as developed his own home in the Sunset.
Charles was born and raised here in San Francisco. Growing up, his roots started out in the Sunset and the Richmond district. After graduating from college back in 2010, Charles had a successful decade in immersing himself in e-commerce within sneakers and fashion as well as joining up tech start-ups thereafter. Charles always had a knack for real estate as developed his own home in the Sunset. And most recently also worked at a private equity real estate development firm here in San Francisco.
In 2018, Charles founded Palmetto Superfoods a QSR açaí bowl & smoothie concept where the toppings are unlimited and the Brazilian açaí is authentic in quality and taste. The first physical store location opened in the Richmond district in 2019. Thanks to the success, the company is growing continuously with a 2nd store in the Marina/ Cow Hollow district, and locations now in Downtown Burlingame, Santana Row San Jose, and Palo Alto. With the company growing and expanding, Charles now joins Vanguard Properties to lead and negotiate all leasing deals for Palmetto Superfoods. The company will be at 10 locations in the Bay Area as well as plans to open in Southern California by 2024.
Due to his successful and strategic well-timed moves during an uncertain economy, he serendipitously had many other friends in the F&B/ Retail industry reach out for help on growing their businesses.
