A native of Marin County, Haley graduated from Williams College with a BA in Art History and Environmental Studies. She currently volunteers for Williams as a founding member and current chair of WE Lead, an advisory board of female alumni working to create gender equity in leadership giving to the college. She lives in San Francisco's NoPA neighborhood with her family.
