A member of the Vanguard Properties residential team since 1998, Evin works with individuals, investors, and developers with a particular focus on San Francisco and Sonoma counties. Evin recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and he strives every day to exceed their expectations.

Evin emigrated to San Francisco in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College Cork. He has worked in our Healdsburg offices for the last 8 years and now resides in the quaint town of Windsor, where he calls the Vintage Greens neighborhood home.
Evin supports numerous local organizations and charities—including Save the Children, St. Judes, Dogwood Animal Shelter, The Orangutan Project, 4Oceans and The Redwood Empire Food Bank.
When he isn’t working, Evin enjoys golfing, traveling, biking, and spending time with his dogs at the river and many hiking trails.
