Carla began her real estate career in 2002 after 18 years with one of the world’s largest specialty retailers where she was a corporate executive responsible for managing $300 million dollars worth of product and services annually, as well as heading up the corporate contracts team.
Carla has used her excellent negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of contracts, and exceptional communication skills, helping buyers and sellers in Piedmont, Oakland, Berkeley and Alameda achieve their real estate dreams and goals. Over her career Carla has been involved in over $260M worth of real estate sales and is proud to have been a part of the sale of the Felton Estate, the highest sale in Alameda County.
Carla grew-up in Sacramento and received her BA from UC Davis. She lived in Oakland for over 25 years giving her an in-depth knowledge of the area and the ins and outs of the East Bay market.
Carla’s client base consists almost entirely of referrals from clients and other real estate professionals who respect and appreciate her integrity and strong work ethic. She has established herself as an honest, ethical, and detailed real estate professional who is dedicated to fulfilling the needs and goals of her clients through clear, consistent communication, an excellent knowledge of neighborhood markets and the industry.
