Deanna moved to San Francisco after graduating from University of Oregon and working in both Portland Oregon and Amsterdam Netherlands. For over a decade in San Francisco she worked as a senior television producer for some of the world’s biggest advertising agencies handling Fortune 500 accounts.

Deanna's father was always involved in real estate and would take her with him to inspect unfinished homes being built. He showed her how to see the possibilities in real estate and how a meaningful relationship exists between neighborhoods and underlying value.

Marked by her thoughtful design sensibilities, honed instinct for business and deep love of real property, as an agent with Vanguard Properties, Deanna Hoffinger excels in understanding, researching, explaining and exploring the many real estate opportunities available.
