Mahesh grew up in Mumbai, India. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, he chose to become an Architect. He moved to the United States to study Architecture at Cornell University and upon graduating, moved to San Francisco. Working at KSH Architects, he rose to the level of Vice-President and gained experience on a range of projects including commercial office, tenant interiors, single and multi-family residential, theater renovations, and country clubs.
Shortly after adopting his 10-year-old son, Mahesh decided to make a transition into Real Estate. He started at J Wavro Associates and thereafter moved to Elite Leasing and Relocation. With his background in architecture, he can swiftly evaluate the pros and cons of a property with an expert eye. Through his patient and compassionate personality, he is able to listen carefully to a client’s concerns and needs. He is determined and will pursue every avenue to achieve his client’s goals. Having lived and worked in the Bay Area for 20 years, he is knowledgeable about the market from San Francisco down to the South Bay.
Mahesh lives in Burlingame with his husband and son. He is a car aficionado and has a collection of over 500 model cars. In his free time, he enjoys singing with his Barbershop Chorus group, exercising, and serving on the Board of an adoption agency.
