She launched her career in Los Angeles in the mid-1990s, helping some of Hollywood’s biggest names find and transform their homes. Today, Grace is known as a straight shooter—an authentic, trusted advisor who fiercely advocates for her clients.

 

Grace’s unrelenting drive and expertise have placed her among the top 1% of Sonoma County agents and earned her the Vanguard Properties Top Producer award every year since 2014. A major contributor to her success is her extensive background in construction. As a licensed general contractor since 1996, she has personally renovated and developed over 160 homes—an invaluable asset for her clients looking to buy or sell. Whether it's residential properties, luxury homes, wineries, vineyards, commercial spaces, or land, Grace’s sharp eye for value and potential ensures her clients make the best, most informed decisions.

Originally from California’s Central Valley, Grace spent two decades in Los Angeles before making Sonoma County home in 2001, drawn by her love of wine country. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her hiking with her dogs, giving back to the community, or rescuing animals—one of her greatest passions.
